Out of respect for our guests you must arrive no later than 5 PM on your reservation date. Anyone arriving past 5 PM will not be permitted entry to the resort until the next morning. There is no refund for missed reservations.
The above hours are set so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. Occasionally we have events and these hours could be modified.
Should a serious issue arise after the office is closed, please call the number listed below.

Only Class A, B, C, Super C, Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels are allowed in the resort. RV’s older than 10 years of age will need management approval. To be considered for an exemption, photos of all sides of your RV must be submitted to management prior to arrival. If granted an approval you will receive an email and your reservation will be confirmed.
- No truck campers, pop-ups or tents will be allowed.
- Rv’s are to be parked on your lot so when the slide rooms are fully extended they do not reach beyond the concrete pad.
- All vehicles are to be parked on concrete pads only. There shall be no parking on the grass or on the road in front of your RV pad.
- RV’s and vehicles are not allowed to park in the clubhouse parking lot overnight unless approved by the management.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the reservation date for your deposit to be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the reservation date will be charged the full reservation amount.
- No-shows will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
- No refunds will be given for early departures.
- Refunds will not be given for weather related events with the exception of a State Mandated Evacuation.
- Full payment at time of booking is required.

I/We do hereby authorize Bermuda Lakes RV Resort to charge my credit card. This amount is Payment for Booking my reservation at the Resort. I/We understand by Booking this reservation, and failing to cancel prior to the 15 day Cancellation Policy, this charge is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-DISPUTABLE and is considered final payment.
- Resort activities and functions are for registered guests only.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in public areas except during serving hours and only at the designated facility and/ or sponsored functions.
- We have provided bicycle racks in the designated areas for you to park your bicycles.
- Bicycles are to obey all traffic rules and shall be equipped with proper lighting for night use.
- At no time are bicycles to be parked in handicap, vehicle parking areas, on sidewalks or on the grass, in pool areas or in buildings.
- Please do not ride your bicycle on any sidewalks.
- Only licensed drivers are allowed to drive golf carts on resort property.
- Golf carts should only be driven on paved roads. Please do not drive on the grass, the sidewalks, or the walking and biking trails.
- All golf carts must obey Florida traffic laws.
- ATV’s and UTV’s of any kind are not permitted.
- Office hours are posted on our website and are subject to change.
- Men must always wear a shirt and women must wear a cover-up over their bathing suit when in the building.
- Out of respect for other guests, vaping and smoking are not allowed in or around any public areas or in any buildings on Bermuda Lakes property.
- The fitness center will be available for use within our listed office hours.
- Our fitness center is located in our clubhouse and is available to Bermuda Lakes registered guests only.
- Wipes are provided, so please wipe down all equipment after use.
- Please do not bring any personal exercise equipment, including weights into the fitness center as they are not allowed.
- The use of the fitness facility is at your own risk. Bermuda Lakes RV Resort is not responsible for misuse of equipment or any injuries obtained in the fitness facility.
- Our guests will have access to the laundry facilities from 7 AM to 9 PM daily.
- There are two laundry buildings on resort property opened daily for our guests.
- Please wipe out washers and remove lint from dryer screens after every load.
- Do not leave your laundry in the machines unattended.
- We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen articles.
- Please notify management of a washer or dryer malfunction.
- Each laundry building also has two bathrooms including showers for Bermuda Lakes guests. If you use the shower please cleanup when you are finished.
- If you have an accident or you are not able to clean up please notify the office promptly.
- Shirts, shorts, shoes or sandals must be worn at all times in all buildings and recreational areas with the exception of the pool area.
- Female topless bathing and nude sunbathing is not allowed.
- Disorderly conduct, excessive drinking and profanity are not permitted in any common areas at any time.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
- No glass in or around the pool area is allowed.
- Please use earphones when operating ipads, radios or any other device so as not to disturb other guests.
- There is no running, jumping, or diving allowed in the pool or pool area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area with the exception of service animals as defined by ADA.
- THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
- At no time are children under 16 allowed in the swimming pool without the direct supervision of an adult.
- If a child is unsupervised they will be asked to get out of the pool.
- All guests including children are responsible to follow all resort rules including but not limited to the swimming pool and pool areas.
- Your lot rental includes city water, electric, sewer hook-up, free wi-fi, and use of resort amenities.
- Washing your vehicle and RV are not allowed. If you would like to get your RV washed please talk with management to see what might be available.
- Servicing your RV on property is not allowed. Should you need an emergency repair, it must be approved by management.
- No clotheslines of any type are allowed.
- All trash must be bagged, tied, and taken to the dumpster.
- At no time is garbage to be left sitting outside your RV.
- Recyclable items such as glass, plastic, aluminum and cardboard, etc. should be placed in the designated recycle container located in the dumpster area.
- Propane tanks and hazardous material are not allowed in Bermuda Lakes dumpsters and are to be taken to the county landfill.
- No firearms and/or weapons of any kind are allowed on Resort property.
- No fireworks are allowed.
- No fire pits are allowed on RV sites.
- Please clean up the area after you are finished cooking.
- Do not dump your grease, oil or coals on the grass, landscaped areas, rocks/mulch, the road, preserve areas, or the RV pad.
- Once grease, oil, or coals have been cooled, please contain and dispose of them properly.
- Do not put grills, griddles or fryers on picnic tables as they are not heat resistant.
- If you have visitors you must register them with the office upon or before their arrival.
- Unregistered visitors will not be allowed entry into the resort.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your visitors follow all resort rules and regulations.
- Drones and Remote Controlled Devices are not allowed to be operated in the resort.
- Please follow the posted speed limit signs.
- Guests are not allowed in designated maintenance and employees only areas. These restricted areas are posted and for Bermuda Lakes employees only.
- If you need to have mail or a package delivered, please let the office know ahead of time. You may pick up your mail or package during normal business hours.
- Anything not picked within 3 days will be returned to the sender.
- Bermuda Lakes RV Resort will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered mail or packages.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your packages and or mail.
- Rollerblades, skates, hoverboards and skateboards are not permitted on sidewalks, in any buildings, the pool area, or on any recreation court such as the pickleball or bocce ball courts.
- No political or derogatory signs or flags are permitted to be displayed on resort property.
- If you have a concern with your lot area or something is not working properly please notify management immediately. If you need assistance after hours please call the after hours number provided on our website.
- DO NOT plug your EV directly or indirectly into the RV pedestal, it is not allowed and will result in a fine.
- Enter the park with care. Damage by a guest or guest visitor to resort property will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
- Should any accident/incident happen it must be reported to management as soon as possible and NO later than 24 hours after the accident or incidents.
- There is no solicitation or selling of any products including, but not limited to food or merchandise.
- NO FOR SALE signs of any kind are permitted within the resort.
- Bermuda Lakes RV resort property and buildings are monitored for security purposes.
- Bermuda Lakes RV Resort management or a third party on our behalf may take a video or photograph of you, your guests including children/minors, and pets.
- The image and voice of anyone entering the property may appear in a final production which might include, but not limited to, publicity, advertising, and website content and are the sole property of Bermuda Lakes RV Resort. By entering the resort you are granting permission to Bermuda Lakes RV Resort and their agents the right to use these photographs and videos for promotional or any other legal uses. Additionally you agree to release Bermuda Lakes RV Resort and its agents from all liability connected thereto. Please contact management if you have any questions.
- We are fortunate to have a large lake and preserve areas at Bermuda Lakes RV Resort so it is no surprise that there are opportunities to see a variety of wildlife. You may see raccoons, armadillos, gray squirrels, poisonous snakes, alligators, and many different species of birds.
- At no time shall a guest, their visitors, or pets interact with any wildlife. This includes absolutely no feeding of any wildlife.
- If you happen to see an injured animal DO NOT approach or attempt to pick it up, notify management immediately so they can address the situation.
- Feeding alligators is strictly forbidden in Florida. See Florida Statute 372.667
- Report any nuisance wildlife to management.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY TYPE OF INTERACTION WITH ANY WILDLIFE.
- There is absolutely no swimming or fishing allowed in the lake.
- At no time are pets or guests allowed in the lake.
- Lakes in Florida are prime locations for alligators and other wildlife.
- Bermuda Lakes RV Resort is in no way liable for any injuries while on resort property.
- Our preserve areas are home to many of Florida's native animals such as poisonous snakes, raccoons, alligators, possums, birds and much more.
- Guests and pets are not permitted in our preserve areas.
- You are responsible for the safety and well being of your pets.
- Pets are to be on a leash at all times. See Lee County Ordinance No. 20-11
- We have designated dog areas for your furry family member to enjoy and have some free time.
- Dog wash stations are located at both laundry facilities for your convenience.
- When using the designated dog parks or taking your pet out for a walk, please be sure to clean up after him/her.
- For your convenience, there are several designated dog waste stations located throughout the park.
- Pets are never to be left unaccompanied at the dog yard or anywhere else on the property. If you leave your pet while you are out enjoying all that our area has to offer please make sure they are secured with everything they need in your RV.
- At no time are pets to be left tied alone outside on your site or anywhere else on resort property.
- Pets are absolutely NOT allowed in the lake or preserve areas at any time.
- You are solely responsible for your pets.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, cafe, bar or recreation areas with the exception of service dogs as defined by ADA.
- All pets are to be up to date on all vaccination and documents should be readily available should the park manager request them.
- Only pets considered domestic are allowed.
- Absolutely no aggressive or dangerous pets are allowed on property.
- Guests will not allow their animal to act threatening or menacing toward other animals or people. If for whatever reason you find your pet is not getting along well with others please confine them to your RV and RV site.
- Animals shall not make unreasonable noise inside or outside your RV, such as excessive barking, howling, screeching, or other noise causing a disturbance.
- All pets must have some form of identification such as a collar with a tag or microchip.
- You are responsible for any and all damage your pet causes to the resort or other property.
- It is your responsibility to control your pets at all times. By bringing your pet you assume all legal responsibility for your pet's actions.
- Owners of pets must comply with all Florida State and Lee County rules and regulations.
- If a health emergency or serious accident occurs, call 911 immediately and then call the resort manager.

Guests acknowledge they are solely responsible for the safety of themselves, their pets, and any visitors they bring on Bermuda Lakes RV Resort property. By booking your stay, you agree to hold harmless the owners, all management and employees of Bermuda Lakes RV Resort for any bodily or other injury or damage sustained on Bermuda Lakes Resort property or RV sites. Additionally we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items of guests, their pets or any visitors. Guests are required to have their own insurance and will be responsible for any damage to their RV, vehicles and all personal property. Additionally if a guest, their visitors, or pets cause any damage to any property for any reason of another guest, their visitors, or pets they are responsible to resolve the matter and will hold Bermuda Lakes RV Resort harmless. Guests will be responsible and agree to pay Bermuda Lakes for any and all damages they cause including but not limited to facilities, equipment, lot, fences and signage.
- I have fully read Bermuda Lakes RV Resort rules and regulations.
- I agree to abide by all rules and regulations. I also understand that if at any time I violate any rules or regulation it could result in my being asked to leave the property and I will not be eligible for any type of refund.
- Bermuda Lakes RV Resort reserves the right to change or modify any and all terms, conditions and policies, rules and regulations as we see fit without notice.
